McGregor was amused by the UFC 273 pre-fight press conference, and expressed his thoughts on Twitter. The ‘Notorious One’ addressed the no face-off show at the presser and urged that the UFC should continue the tradition and put on a show for the fans.

Apart from this, Conor also suggested that the UFC top brass must boost the performance bonuses for UFC 273 to $60,000. He believes that this action by the company will go a long way in motivating the fighters, which in turn will ensure exciting fights. He also added that the card has all the makings to be one of the best this year.

He reacted to the ceremonial press conference on Twitter by saying, ‘Great to see all the young pups up there @ufc today! We do face offs always here. Correct this going forward. Awesome stuff! Is it a “big fights feel” somewhat right now with this card? I think so! Let’s go fighters, bring it home! 60g’z Dana! Up the bonus, let them go for it!’

Mcgregor also sent out his words of encouragement for fellow Paradigm Sports client Mackenzie Dern who faces Tecia Torres this Saturday.
