Conor McGregor took to Instagram to express his grief following the death of his dog Hugo

Death of a pet stings. Conor McGregor mourned the loss of his beloved canine Hugo.

Taking to Instagram, McGregor shared a number of photos, denoting the fact that Hugo had accompanied him through the lows and highs.

Expressing his sadness, McGregor thanked Hugo for the great companion he was.

A dejected McGregor wrote:

“So heart broken to say my dog Hugo has passed away. He was with me all the way, my closest companion. From sleeping on a bed frame without a mattress to everything else that came after. Thank you for all the work put in alongside me to get this life correct for our family. All the love and cuddles we will miss forever and ever our Hugo! Gutted. RIP the best boy Hugo McGregor.”

A plethora of notable people from various walks of life sent in their condolences, acknowledging how hard it is to cope up with the death of a pet.

McGregor, later, also posted a short clip paying tribute to Hugo.

He added:

“We got there in the end my boy.”

Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti files charges against Conor McGregor

Italian DJ Francesco Facchinetti has filed charges against Conor McGregor following the latter’s attack on him while partying at the St.Regis Hotel in Rome.

The news was first reported by CNN, who revealed that Facchinetti had decided to go ahead with the pressing of charges following a concussion he suffered due to the attack.

The Italian DJ had consulted his wife and friends before pressing charges against the Irishman.
