Conor McGregor Breaks Silence Amidst Doubts About Comeback: ‘Patience, Peasants’

Fans eagerly anticipating Conor McGregor’s return to the octagon are exhorted to exercise patience as skepticism grows regarding his potential 2023 bout.

After suffering a leg injury during his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021, the Irish fighter is anticipated to face Michael Chandler in his comeback fight. Amidst all that, McGregor has launched a fresh tweet hailing himself as the P4P No.1 forever.

However, McGregor’s much-anticipated clash with Chandler is now in jeopardy, as his long-standing dispute with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has delayed his return. According to USADA regulations, the 34-year-old is required to undergo six months of random drug testing before competing again.

As of now, McGregor has not re-entered the USADA testing pool, and he recently missed the cut-off point for 2023, further complicating his fight with Chandler.

Concerns have been raised by the former three-time Bellator champion himself, who has expressed doubts about the situation in interviews and on social media. McGregor even received an alternative fight offer from Eddie Alvarez.

While fans share their apprehensions about McGregor’s comeback, the fighter himself seemed confident in a now-deleted social media post. He wrote, “Placey McPlacerson I am in the place. Ya’s’ll shut up and wait. Silence! A roar from the throne. Patience, peasants,” alongside sparring footage on Instagram. The post has since been deleted by the Irishman.

UFC president Dana White, who recently provided updates on McGregor’s fighting future, stated in an interview with Barstool Sports that if McGregor cannot make UFC 296, he will return in the first quarter of 2024.

Long-time UFC commentator Jon Anik remains optimistic about McGregor’s return, believing that he will be back no later than the first quarter of 2024. Anik hopes to see McGregor competing actively and potentially participating in multiple fights in a row. Most recently. McGregor wrote on Twitter:

“I’m the pound-for-pound king forever.”

For now, McGregor’s fans will have to exercise patience as they await further updates on his highly anticipated comeback to the octagon.

Conor McGregor Receives Bold Invitation To Join OnlyFa*s from Boxing Champion Ebanie Bridges

In a surprising turn of events, Conor McGregor finds himself at the center of attention once again, but this time it’s due to an unexpected invitation from boxing champion Ebanie Bridges. The pair previously crossed paths during an event, and now Bridges has suggested that McGregor should consider joining the popular content-sharing platform, OnlyFans. Could this unconventional career move be on the horizon for the Irish UFC star?

While McGregor has been dealing with legal issues stemming from his recent Miami incident, Bridges has seized the opportunity to add fuel to the fire. Photos of McGregor and Bridges together have surfaced, prompting speculation among fans and media alike. Bridges took it a step further by openly proposing that McGregor explore the world of OnlyFans, highlighting the platform’s potential for athletes and celebrities to share exclusive content with their fans.

Speaking to OnlyAccounts, Bridges clarified her viewpoint, emphasizing that OnlyFans doesn’t necessarily equate to explicit content. She believes it can serve as a unique way for athletes and public figures to connect with their audience, providing behind-the-scenes glimpses and exclusive updates. Bridges herself has found success on the platform and believes it can be a positive outlet for others.

Interestingly, Bridges appears to have a deep admiration for McGregor. She speaks of being inspired by him, noting his captivating presence and charisma that lights up any room he enters. The boxing champion also reveals that she and McGregor have been in communication for months, with the UFC star sending her encouraging messages before her fights. While some may interpret this as potential flirtation, McGregor’s fiancée and the mother of his child may have concerns about the nature of their relationship.

As McGregor navigates through legal troubles and contemplates his next career moves, the notion of him venturing into OnlyFans remains speculative. However, given his larger-than-life personality and ability to command attention, it wouldn’t be entirely surprising to see McGregor explore new avenues to engage with his fanbase. Only time will tell whether this invitation from Bridges will lead to a new chapter in McGregor’s already captivating journey.
