These three players have absolutely no future at Liverpool and Klopp offloading them is a no-brainer – Agreed?

Three players who have virtually no future at Liverpool and should be sold

Liverpool are in fine form and Jurgen Klopp has built a stunning team to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title this season. While the Reds have spent heavily over the last few seasons to bring them within reach, it looks like they have a few excess players who are simply warming the benches.

The ongoing January provides the perfect platform for more than a few stars to leave and make space for any new arrivals that Jurgen Klopp decides to bring in. That said, here are a few stars who could leave in the near future.

#3 Jordan Henderson

Jordan Henderson

A first-team star and Liverpool captain, Henderson has had to adapt to a role on the bench this season, especially with the arrival of Fabinho from AS Monaco. The Brazilian has been brilliant in recent months for the Reds, taking over Henderson’s spot at the base of Klopp’s midfield trio.

The other two spots are occupied by Georginio Wijnaldum and either James Milner or Naby Keita, with Henderson playing off the bench. That’s something that the 28-year-old will not want to do for long. While a move may not happen in January, there is a great chance that the Englishman will leave in the near future.

#2 Alberto Moreno

An exit seems to be on the cards for the Spaniard, especially with him struggling to fight for a first-team spot at Liverpool. With Andrew Robertson ruling the left-back position, injuries and form issues haven’t made things easier for Moreno this season, or the season before.

The former Sevilla man has made only four appearances in all competitions this term and it doesn’t look like he will hit double figures unless Robertson gets hit by a major injury. If nothing else, four years on and Moreno’s time at Anfield is coming to an end.

#1 Dominic Solanke

Dominic Solanke

He arrived at Liverpool with promise and a never-ending source of talent, even making 26 appearances last season with 21 of those coming in the Premier League. And despite that, Dominic Solanke only scored 1 goal throughout the season, struggling to make much of an impact.

This season has seen his appearances hit rock-bottom with the 21-year-old yet to make a single appearance for Liverpool in either the Premier League or the EFL Cup. With Solanke close to making a move to Crystal Palace on loan (h/t Talk Sport), it looks like his time at Anfield may be over after just a year and a half.
