The 27-year-old was a largely unknown quantity before he was scouted and signed by the clearly intelligent Nuno. His contributions to the side have been beyond compare while the sheer determination that’s shown every time he steps out onto that football pitch is commendable too.

players after the season he’s had, Jimenez has still managed to keep his feet
on the ground and perform satisfactorily. His work-rate certainly hasn’t
deteriorated even by a single percentage right from the opening day of the
