In Omega Strikers, players are divided into two teams of three who compete to score by putting a large hockey puck into the goal of their opponent. The Stagger Bar, which acts as a health bar, is a mechanic that you need to keep in mind as we discuss the best characters. In the event of hitting an enemy ability, your bar will fill up until it reaches its maximum, and any subsequent hits will cause you to take much more pushback. You’ll be KO’d if you’re pushed into the outer walls of the stage, and you’ll be on a respawn timer that increases every round.
One additional thing to keep in mind is the Trainings, which are basically perks you can apply to your character to provide their abilities passive advantages.
