The final episode of WWE NXT before Survivor Series took place last night at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida and there were several highlights from the show.

There was tension all over the arena as a potential Raw or SmackDown invasion was expected before the show. The general manager William Regal also arranged security forces to prevent intruders.

RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch appeared on NXT to a mixed reaction from the audience. She cut a promo about Survivor Series before Rhea Ripley cut her off and challenged her to a match.

Becky accepted without a second thought setting up the first match of the night. Rhea was in control after avoiding a Dis-Arm-Her and hitting a huge Superplex on Lynch.

NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke came out and attacked Lynch and Ripley to disqualify the contest.

Lynch and Ripley fought off the Four-Horsewomen and stood tall inside the ring.

Ricochet joins the NXT fun

Kona Reeves vs. Matt Riddle was supposed to be a singles contest on NXT, next. Ricochet appeared out of nowhere and attacked Reeves at ringside. He entered the ring and challenged Riddle in a match that was quickly accepted.

Riddle has the upper-hand hitting a German Suplex on Ricochet when Cesaro and WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura appeared at ringside.

After the match, Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro attacked both the match competitors, before NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong made the save.

Riddle sent Strong out of the ring when Finn Balor attacked The Bro from behind.

However, Riddle planted Balor with the Final Flash to send him for a retreat.

Huge tag team match

The Revival, Scott Dawson, and Dash Wilder took on NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish of The Undisputed Era in the next matchup.

It was a back and forth match that the crowd enjoyed a lot. The finish had the Undisputed Era delivering the Total Elimination finishing manoeuvre on Dawson to get the win.

Main roster Women Superstars invade NXT

NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray came out for a non-title match against Dakota Kai who delivered a bicycle kick and a superkick.

But Ray came right back and drove Kai into the mat for the pinfall win. Carmella, Dana Brooke, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville from SmackDown ran out to the ring after the match to lay down an attack.

Soon, the Raw and NXT female roster members appeared to create an all-out brawl on the show. Nikki Cross was the one to stand tall at the end of the chaos.

WWE Raw tag team champions The Viking Raiders defeated The Forgotten Sons in another solid match hitting their pendant move, Viking Experience.

The main event of this week’s WWE NXT featured a Ladder Match with the lineup of Dominik Dijakovic vs. Adam Cole.

Dijakovic hit a Torture Rack into a big knee off the ladder on Cole and tried to climb in to get the briefcase.

Cole blocked him from doing so and sent Dijakovic crashing through the ladder bridge in the corner. The NXT champion then unhooked the briefcase to win the match and earn the WarGames advantage.

Roderick Strong, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly joined Cole for a celebration inside the ring when a bunch of SmackDown and Raw superstars came into the ring to ensure chaos.
