While many were expecting the Eagles to register a blowout win for the Eagles, this contest was much closer than what everybody expected. This made sports media personality – Skip Bayless admire him in his latest tweet, deeming him to be his favorite and top MVP pick.

Bayless has been giving shocking takes throughout his career, and this pick on a direct rival’s QB is no different. Given that the 70-year-old analyst is a Dallas Cowboys fan, his love for Jalen Hurts is not ending anytime soon, especially after the Eagles are 8-0.

As stated above, now sitting at 8-0 and inching closer to the NFC East title, Jalen hurts and his Philadelphia Eagles are in prime position to make it to the playoffs for the second year running. On Thursday night, helped by two Davis Mills interceptions, Philadelphia Eagles did just enough to continue its winning streak.

That being said, with Eagles being the #1 team in the 2022-23 regular season, can Hurts sum up his dominance on the field, by registering his first MVP accolade against his name? Remains to be seen.
