Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay talked about adding further new signings to strengthen the team.

The Indianapolis Colts are continuously looking to make their team stronger as they want to contend for the Super Bowl after missing out on the playoffs in a heartbreaking manner last season. The Colts owner Jim Irsay has publicly said that if the right players are available then the team will absolutely go for it to provide more weapons to what already is a very good roster.

Talking about further additions to the defensive side of the squad, Jim Irsay said, “There could be, it would have to be at the right price, an addition that excites some, But we’ll see. General manager Chris Ballard is looking hard at that. It has to be the right guy at the right number. One more veteran to come in and make a big difference.”

A quality defensive veteran can transform this team into a very dangerous team as we have seen their quality last season and they have only got better with all the moves that they have made in this offseason so far.

Can the Indianapolis Colts make a run for the Super Bowl this upcoming season?

The Indianapolis Colts have shown us last year that they could be a very dangerous team on any given day and with all the inclusions and departures that they have had in this ongoing offseason, they have surely emerged as a strong contender to make the push for a run towards the Super Bowl.

The inclusion of Matt Ryan at the quarterback position after the departure of Carson Wentz to the Commanders has made them a significantly better team because Matt Ryan has a lot of experience in playoff football which will be helpful for the Colts in the upcoming season.

Jonathan Taylor had an MVP caliber season last year and he will only get better with the inclusion of a quality quarterback as he and the Colts will be locked in to prove their doubters wrong in the upcoming season.
