Many deem Baltimore Ravens’ Quarterback – Lamar Jackson as ‘once in a lifetime talent,’ having shown his abilities and caliber time and gain, he might be derived on the biggest contract in the modern-day league. But this Quarterback surely has the potential to carry the load of his team solely on his shoulders. Which is also acknowledged by sports media veteran – Skip Bayless.

While many feel that the Baltimore Ravens should’ve been 4-0 to how they have played. Yet the reality suggests that they have suffered 2 losses. In both these losses (Miami Dolphins and this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills), the Baltimore Ravens had a double-digit lead by halftime. However, Ravens’ HC – John Harbaugh is struggling to escape quicksand following multiple questionable choices in the clutch moments.

Skip Bayless quoted on Undisputed, “I love what John Harbaugh did because I love Lamar Jackson. I believe in Lamar Jackson. You can’t have it both ways. Analytics will tell you to go for it.”

With the game being deadlocked at 20 a piece on Sunday, Baltimore Ravens’ HC decided to once again make a final bid with fourth down. With the risk being high, the worst possible outcome came his way ‘again’. A red zone interception, which the Bills turned into a game-winning field goal left many to question the choices made by John. However, not Skip Bayless who completely sided with the Ravens’ main-man.

Bayless added, “It’s Lamar Jackson. It’s two yards to potentially win the game or at least ensure overtime. Every time, I’m not even blinking. They did not blink, they didn’t call timeout, they said let’s go. The defense was collapsing again. It was 20-3 home team late in the 2ns quarter – and from that point on, they were outscored 20-0.”

Lamar Jackson and his Baltimore Ravens have been at the top of their game majority of the quarters in the 2022-23 season. Yet they seriously need to find out the crucial way to seize these close games in their favor, before it gets too late.
