Predicted Arsenal XI to face Wolves in the Premier League
After securing qualification to the knockout rounds in the Europa League, Arsenal will turn their attention to a visit from Wolves in the Premier League. The Gunners have endured a bit of mixed form with 3 wins in their last 5 games. They do remain winless in their last two league games though.
Wolves also haven’t been in the best of form with 2 wins in their last 5 and winless in their last two league outings. A tricky game for both teams and a cagey affair can be expected.

Mikel Arteta will have quite some injuries to maneuver through to select the personnel for this game. Bukayo Saka picked up a knock in the Leeds game and might not be risked just yet.
Mohamed Elneny and Sead Kolsinac are in self isolation after being diagnosed with COVID but can return to the squad if they test negative before the game. Thomas Partey remains a doubt for this game after recovering from his thigh injury.
Elsewhere in defence, Calum Chambers and Pablo Mari are also doubts for this one. Willian and David Luiz are minor doubts for the game. Then there is Nicolas Pepe who is out due to a suspension after his red card in the Leeds game. Lastly, Gabriel Martinelli is still on his way to recovery.

With Luiz a doubt for this game, Holding might just have to deputise in his place.

Another defender who could return to the starting XI after being afforded some rest in the midweek.
Dani Ceballos (DM)
With midfield options thin, Ceballos could well start this one out.
Granit Xhaka (DM)
Very likely to start this one too in case Partey and Elney cannot feature.
Joe Willock (AM)
The youngster has been one of the most effective midfielders for Arsenal in recent games. Bagged two assists in the ast game and could be given the nod for this one.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang(LW)
Few players need a goal as badly as the Arsenal captain. Should be raring to go after being rested for the midweek fixture.
Alexandre Lacazette (ST)
Another forward who isn’t in the best of touches but could be given a start with other forwards absent.
Reiss Nelson (RW)
With Pepe suspended and Willian a doubt, Nelson has picked a good time to get some goals. Managed to get the opener against Molde and should feature n this one as well.
