The Los Angeles Lakers put up their best performance of the season as they defeated the Milwaukee Bucks led by Giannis Antetokounmpo. Anthony Davis once again starred for the Lakers as he dropped 44 points and recorded 10 rebounds as well.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was also great in the game as he scored 40 points but wasn’t able to avoid a 133-129 defeat to the Lakers. Khris Middleton also made his season debut in this game and scored 17 points.

The Lakers’ offense was fluid throughout the game against the best defense in the NBA as LeBron James scored 28 points with 11 assists while Russell Westbrook also ended up with 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 11 assists.

The Lakers are now 9-12 and if they continue to play like it, Anthony Davis will be in the MVP race and might even win it. He has arguably played like the best player in the league in the past few weeks.
