The Cleveland Cavaliers are making serious noise in the eastern conference following the addition of Donovan Mitchell.
The Cleveland Cavaliers emerged as a title contender after they acquired Donovan Mitchell from the Utah Jazz earlier this offseason. They were touted to be one of the best teams in the NBA heading into this season, and so far results have also supported that claim.
The Cavaliers have started the season in high-flying fashion as they are 6-1 after the first seven games. Their only loss was to the Toronto Raptors. It was their opening game of the season and notably, their starting point guard Darius Garland got hurt in that game.
Since then, they have looked like a great team and Donovan Mitchell is on pace to have his best-ever season in the NBA. Throughout his time in Utah, Mitchell has faced a lot of playoff failures but now with the Cleveland Cavaliers, he has the opportunity to go all the way and win a championship.
