Skip Bayless has been subjected to severe criticism after the NBA analyst took a dig at LeBron James’ bad form due to sickness in the LA Lakers’ game against the Utah Jazz.
LeBron James is widely regarded as one of the best players to ever step on a basketball court, and some people would argue that he is one of the best basketball players of all time. LeBron has a loyal worldwide following who would support him at every opportunity, but just as any other superstar, LeBron has his own set of detractors too – the biggest of them being Skip Bayless.
The reputed NBA analyst is notorious for ripping into LeBron James the first time of asking, and only added another instance to his reputation after he found a way to criticize LeBron James following the Los Angeles Lakers’ latest game against the Utah Jazz. After two wins in a row, the Lakers lost against the Jazz after they saw a sharp downturn in their shooting form yet again.
The Lakers’ shooting issues are not being helped by LeBron James who is struggling with his own shooting at the minute. After the last game against the New Orleans Pelicans where LeBron revealed that he was playing just fresh off being bedridden for three days – LeBron had another poor showing against the Utah Jazz at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Friday night.
LeBron’s numbers from the night read 17 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists and made only 7 of his total 19 attempted field goals + including 0 from 5 three-pointers. His performance prompted Bayless to rip into him following the game as he came up with a rant about LeBron’s shooting.

Bayless took to his Twitter to write about LeBron’s latest performance.
“LeBron, 0-4 from three in 1st half at home vs Jazz. So much for Darvin Ham’s D as it gives up 75. Come on, Bron, you’re on pace to have the worst 3-pt shooting season IN HISTORY. How bout making 2 or 3 in the 2nd half? Your team needs you. Surely you’re not still “sick.”
The rant was not too popular amongst the fans though, as they ripped into Bayless for his comments.
While one fan wrote: “I really don’t understand you… like just report the news… you act like a jerk… you are so unprofessional and annoying”, another wrote: “You’ll still find a way to blame Russ” – filling Bayless’ replies sections up with severe criticism for his relentless agenda.
