Shaquille O’Neal is widely known for occasionally ruffling some NBA feathers. This time, he posted a popular image of two fictitious teams competing for a championship. The renowned teams, though, started a discussion on social media.

This image, which included a list of legendary NBA players from different decades, caused controversy among NBA fans. The player selections for both teams appeared to be puzzling to the crowd. “They can have it too,” Shaquille O’Neal wrote as the picture’s caption. Unquestionably, both sides had impressive lineups.

Fans’ reaction to the lineup that Shaq had put up

A few admirers were enthusiastic about the teams, but the majority were astonished. “I don’t believe y’all winning this one, Shaq,” another individual wrote. They also planned how certain plays would develop when both teams were playing against one another.

A perplexed spectator attempted to figure out: “Shaq guards Embiid, who guards Giannis? Dunking on Bird’s head while running downhill.” Others even fantasized about the possibility of seeing a competition amongst all the GOATS.

Now here comes the question whether Shaq’s pick of the veterans would defeat the younger talent of NBA (including LeBron and Stephen) or not.
