Magic Johnson is the player who originated ‘The Lake Show’ and LeBron James is the current torch bearer. Magic was amongst the happy fans who saw their team taking 5 consecutive victories after a poor start to the season.

The LeBron James starter team is full of veterans of the league. Moreover, with their 29-year-old center Anthony Davis missing out due to injury, Lakers’ have put in many efforts to land straight wins. The team that was not even considered to reach the playoffs are seen showing desperate attempts to bag a spot for themselves.

Magic Johnson tweeted, “Laker Nation, our Lakers won their 5th straight game beating the Kings 136-134! Dennis Schroder continued his excellent play by making two free throws to seal the win for the Lakers and scoring 27 points.”

A few moments later, he added another tweet. “This @Lakers team is playing fun and exciting basketball due to the ball movement and all of the players excelling in their roles.”

In their recent game against Sacramento Kings, Lebron blasted in 37 points with 8 rebounds and 7 assists. He was helped by Thomas Bryant, Russell Westbrook, and Dennis Schroder in the dying minutes.

“I knew Los Angeles he could live, and live free and drive around. Live a life he wanted to live that he couldn’t live in Cleveland or Miami because everyone’s on top of him,” added Johnson. He told Bron that he would get in players like Kawhi Leonard in support to encourage a championship season.

“I said, ‘These are the moves I’m going to make after I sign you’. At that time, I thought it was going to be Kawhi. Because he was the next free agent the next year. Nobody knew Anthony Davis was going to be available next year,”
