LeBron has already passed the 38k points milestone on the scoring list and pretty soon he will surpass Kareem Abdul Jabbar. After passing Kareem, LBJ will be number one on the All-time Scoring list.

Keeping the scoring record track aside, 38-year-old LBJ is racking up surprising numbers every game which is unheard of given his age.

Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets to end their three-game losing streak

On Monday night, the Los Angeles Lakers triumphed over the Houston Rockets 140-132. With this win, the Lakers ended their three-game losing streak.

As prolific as LeBron James is, he was sensational all night scoring 48 points, grabbing eight rebounds and nine assists (on 16/26 shooting from the field and 5/10 from the three-point range).

Another Lakers star, Russell Westbrook also came up big, ending the night with 24 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. Also, more importantly, Westbrook did not have a single turnover. As a matter of fact, the Lakers as a team had just 2 turnovers, a franchise-low for a whole game.

With the win over Houston, the Lakers are now having a record of 20-24 and stand 13th in the Western Conference.

On the other hand, Houston Rockets rising star, Alperen Sengun had a career night with 33 points and 15 rebounds and kept Houston in the game until the fourth quarter but ultimately could not secure the win.

With the loss against Lakers, the Rockets now have a record of 10-34 and stand dead last in the Western Conference standings, that is at the 15th position.

King James on Monday night scored a 48-point piece against the Rockets. With this 48-point performance, LBJ now holds a unique record which he can further improve upon.

James has now scored 40+ points against every team in the NBA other than the Los Angeles Clippers, as per ESPN Stats & Info.

Also, according to Bleacher Report, “LeBron has now recorded a 40-point game against every NBA team except the Clippers… 

He plays them next Tuesday 👀 “

Further, as per StatMuse, James is averaging 23.2 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 6.5 assists against the Clippers in 12 games playing for the Lakers.

Earlier this season, LBJ scored 30 points, eight rebounds, and five assists in 32 minutes of playing time against the LA Clippers (the Clippers won 114-101).

Meanwhile, the four-time NBA Champion is now averaging 29.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game in this NBA 2022-23 season.
