Kendrick Perkins has named Giannis Antetokounmpo the best player in the league, ahead of Kevin Durant, and even shared a Twitter post to prove it

In a recent Twitter post, Kendrick Perkins said that Giannis Antetokounmpo is the best player in the NBA. He picked Giannis Antetokounmpo over Kevin Durant and Luka Doncic. Perkins shared this Tweet and quoted another Tweet that listed Antetokounmpo’s stats from his last 5 NBA games.

Antetokounmpo has been clutch in his last 5 games and averaged 36.4 points, 12.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists during that period. In addition to that, he has been elite as a supporting defender and has been carrying the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Milwaukee Bucks have started the season unbeaten and have won all 6 of their games so far. Although the unbeaten run is impressive, more impressive is the fact that the Bucks have managed this without Khris Middleton. Middleton has missed the start of the season after an offseason surgery to deal with a wrist injury.

The Bucks are one of the top Championship contenders this season and when Middleton comes back it’s only going to get better. So far this season the Bucks have managed to beat the likes of the Atlanta Hawks, the Brooklyn Nets and the Philadelphia 76ers.

What are the expectations for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks this season?

The Milwaukee Bucks are championship contenders this season and many expect them to make the Finals. Most analysts predict that the Bucks will finish the season at the top of the Eastern Conference. In addition to that, many expect Giannis Antetokounmpo to compete for the MVP award this season.
