John Wall, who has been a part of the Houston Rockets for the past two seasons, hasn’t played a game for them in more than a year. The team is looking to develop young players, which is why he was shut down.

Wall finally got bought out by the Houston Rockets, which means he is finally free to join another team and continue his playing career. John Wall was among the best point guards in the league during his time with the Washington Wizards, but injuries have acted as a barricade in his career.

Many teams were interested in signing him, but he will be signing with the Los Angeles Clippers. This will be a very huge deal for the Clippers, as they continue to bolster their squad ahead of the next season.

According to ESPN,The Rockets wanted to reach an agreement with Wall before free agency begins Thursday to maximize his options in selecting his next team.” They further revealed, “Wall, who was due $47.4 million from the Rockets after exercising the player option for the final year of his contract, agreed to take $6.5 million less to become a free agent.”

After adding John Wall, the Los Angeles Clippers are stacked

The Los Angeles Clippers are absolutely stacked for the next season. The inclusion of John Wall has made them even stronger, and they were already quite good. With key players returning from injury, the Clippers can win the championship next season.

After missing the previous season and a half due to heel surgery and an Achilles tendon tear, John Wall demonstrated his continued ability to perform at a high level. He participated in practices and sat on the bench for games throughout a portion of last season with the Rockets, and he trained alone in Miami for the remainder of the time.

Another player who did the same is Kawhi Leonard. He will be back next season, after missing the entire last season. He was playing at an elite level before he got hurt against the Utah Jazz in the playoffs last year.

Both Kawhi and Wall have been top players in this league, and they’ll be ready to roar after finally getting to play. Don’t forget about Paul George. He is the heart and soul of the Clippers’ team, and he will also be 100% healthy after an injury-ridden season.

Can the Los Angeles Clippers win the championship next season?

The Los Angeles Lakers will be among the favorites to win the championship next season. They have a very deep roster, and with players coming back from injury, there is a high possibility that they can win it all.

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have proved earlier that they are a championship-winning duo and would have won the championship last year if Kawhi had not gotten hurt against the Jazz. Nevertheless, they’ll have the opportunity again, and this time around they’ll have more tools.

They now have the luxury of Normann Powell and John Wall, who are good scorers. They can give you a 30-piece on any given night, and their roster has depth, unlike any other team. If they are able to stay healthy, you can’t see them losing to a 7-game series against any team in the NBA as presently constructed.
