1. Francis Antetokounmpo
Francis was born on October 20, 1988, and is the oldest but also the shortest of the Antetokounmpo brothers, standing at 6’5”. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and is the only African-born brother in the family. The fact that he has a musical bone in him sets him apart.
Francis played professional soccer in Nigeria and Greece. He is a singer as well and his first single, ‘Shekosi, on July 22, 2020.
2. Thanasis Antetokounmpo
Thanasis Rotimi Antetokounmpo was born on July 18, 1992, in Athens, Greece. He is a professional basketball player who plays for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA as a power forward. He is the second oldest Antetokounmpo brother. Standing at 6’6” and weighing around 100 kgs he is among the giant ones like his brother Giannis.
He has played professional basketball in the United States, Greece, and Spain In 2014 he was picked by the New York Knicks. He mostly played on their G-League squad. In 2019, he reunited with his younger brother Giannis as he signed with the Bucks. He became NBA Champions in 2021 with the Bucks.
3. Giannis Antetokounmpo
Giannis was born in Athens, Greece on December 6, 1994. He is the most successful basketball player among his brothers with some impeccable records. By 2011 he made his mark in Basketball with the senior men’s team of Filathlitikos and played at the semi-pro level.
He became officially eligible for the 2013 NBA draft after the Greek League All-star game. Giannis was selected in the first-round pick and 15th Overall by the Milwaukee Bucks. Since then he has won 1x NBA MVP, 4x NBA All-Star, 1x All-NBA First Team, and 1x NBA All-Defensive First Team. And became NBA champions with the Milwaukee Bucks.
4. Kostaas Antetokounmpo
Kostas Antekounmpo was born on November 20, 1997, known by the full name of Konstantinos Ndubuisi “Kostas” Antetokounmpo is a professional basketball player who plays for ASVEL Basket in the French Basketball League as a power forward. He stands tall at 6’10 with a giant wingspan. He is the second youngest Antetokounmpo brother.
Kostas played high school basketball in Wisconsin. He played a season of college basketball for the University of Dayton Flyers before declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft. He was selected in the 60th overall by The Philadelphia 76ers and traded to the Dallas Mavericks. He was taken by the Lakers n 2019 where he won the championship becoming the first of the Antetokounmpos to win an NBA Championship.
5. Alex Antetokounmpo
Alex was born on August 27, 2001, and is the youngest Antetokounmpo brother. Alexandros Emeka “Alex”. Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player. He stands at 6’8 and weighs around 100 kgs. He played his high school basketball in Wisconsin and instead of choosing to play college basketball, he decided to play in Europe for a year and played one season for UCAM Murcia in the Spanish Basketball league before declaring for the 2021 NBA Draft.
Alex went undrafted but Giannis claimed that Alex has the potential to be better than him.
