Luka Doncic continued his impressive run of form to start the season as he dropped 41 points against the Brooklyn Nets.
Brooklyn Nets lost their fourth game of the season as the Dallas Mavericks defeated them 129-125 after overtime. Both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant had stellar performances yet the Nets weren’t able to come away with a win.
Luka Doncic on the other hand single-handedly inspired his team to a crucial win, and record a triple-double in the process. Against the Nets, Doncic had 41 points along with 11 assists and 14 rebounds.
Luka Doncic is currently the favorite to win the MVP award this year, and so far he has played like the MVP as well. Kyrie Irvings’ 39 points and Kevin Durant’s 37 points weren’t enough to stop Luka Doncic’s brilliance and the Nets are now 1-4 to start the season.
