First and for most you need a few good cats to beat the crazed tank. It is a hurdle you need to overcome to enjoy the game and unlock more levels. You need to arrange your cats in 2 lines, the front line will include meat shield while the back line dishes out damage.

For your Front liners consider making these Cats as your meatshields.

  • Macho Cat
  • Crazed Macho Cat
  • Metal Cat
  • Samba Cat
  • Wall Cat

Some switchable options if you don’t have the above cats.

  • Gato Amigo
  • Eraser cat

Back line Damage dealers

  • Bahamut Cat
  • Valkyrie Cat
  • Hacker Cat
  • Paris Cat

You can also use power-ups like sniper cat which is really useful and helps make the levels easier. Speed-up is also another useful power-up you can bring for this fight to help reduce the total time taken in the battle. Cat CPU can help you manage your base and fight for you.

This boss cat has 3.2 million HP and is immune to knockback with artillery attacks up to Dragon Cats. You need your first lineup to be totally made up from meat shields. Spam your stallers and keep a balance in the lane, don’t push too fast or get pushed too far in. Spam stallers till your Bahamut is up, stack 2-3 dragons, Bahamut for the Crazed tank Cat.

Watch out for the gorilla wave that pushes your stacks, so you need support fire units along with the Bahamut. Owls also have decent power to push back the lane. So you need to time Bahamut to charge and attack as they hit the front of the lane before they reach the Bahamut.

Additional Tips

Try to stall as much as possible to get your CD’s back and increase the time it takes for the Crazed tank to come out. It will be a long battle so, just keep plugging away.

Bahamut cat can take 2 knockbacks before dying. Use this to your advantage.

Don’t let Tank cat reach too close to your base. Its area attack one-shots your base.

Keep checking your 2nd row periodically. Being able to send out another Bahamut, especially when a Bahamut is already in the field fighting Duchess is vital, especially if the Bahamut in the field gets knocked out. That way, the 2nd Bahamut can easily substitute in, or better, you have both Bahamuts at your disposal. The same applies to Luga and Hacker. Get them in as soon as the cooldown ends.

If the Bahamut cat gets knocked out by the Tank cat during the early part of the battle, you may as well restart. Restart by closing your app and relaunching so you don’t waste energy and powerups doing so. This could happen because the supporting enemies push back your meatshield to the point where the Tank cat can close in and get in range to OHKO Bahamut.

Don’t be completely phased if Tank cat manages to OHKO Bahamut, especially in the latter part of the match. As long as you have a sizable stack of Hackers and a Luga, you are able to prevent Tank cat and other enemies from reaching your base.
