Want to know a few tips and tricks about Castoria? Read our Fate Grand Order Castoria Guide below.

The role-playing game Fate/Grand Order has elements of a visual novel and is turn-based. You have the position of a “Master” and will have to rule over a group of characters referred to as “Servants.” In every combat, the player controls a party made up of 3 active and 3 reserve Servants, which makes it a total of 6 Servants.

A set of five Command Cards are issued to the player for each round, and they are allowed to use up to three of them to attack during that turn. Each Servant has five cards that can be used by the player; each turn, the cards for all the Servants on the field are dealt to the player after being shuffled. Artoria Caster who is also known as Castoria is a very strong servant in the game. To know more about her, you will have to read our Fate Grand Order Castoria Guide below.

Fate Grand Order Castoria Guide: Active skills

First Skill

Castoria’s first skill is Charisma of Hope which is B rank. It depends on the level and boosts the party’s offense by 10–20 percent for three rounds while also charging the NP gauge by 20–30%.

Second Skill

Her second skill (A Rank) is called Protection of the Lake. It improves the party’s np generation for three turns by between 20 and 30 percent while adding between 10 and 20 percent to one ally’s NP gauge. Both of these will depend on the level.

Third Skill

Caliburn Sword of Selection, which is rank EX, is Artoria’s final skill. For three turns, this skill boosts one ally’s ability to use arch cards by between 30% and 50%. Additionally, for three turns, it raises their damage against enemies. Also depending on the level, this ranges from 30 to 50%. They do receive one turn of invincibility as well.

Her high HP will be very beneficial

Castoria’s maximum health is 14,406 and her maximum attack is 10,546; however, the caster class modifier increases these numbers to 9491. Even though she is a caster, she has relatively high health, but her attack stat is below average for her class. Similar to how her attack is incredibly low, her overall HP is significantly higher than typical for an SSR servant. Artoria Caster has three hits on her quick card, three hits on her arts, three hits on her buster, and five hits on her extra card when it comes to her command card.

Good NP rate

Her NP (Noble Phantasm) growth rate is 154 percent, and her star rate is 11 percent. Castoria has strong NP gain despite having a low NP gain rate, largely because of her deck and passives. She does, however, generate stars at a below-average rate. Overall, Castoria’s statistics are in line with what support should have: a good defensive and utility rating, but low offensive ability.

Castoria Ascension Materials and Locations

  • Nine udrissil seeds
  • Ten pages
  • Six spirit roots
  • Five comet shards
  • Yadrissa seeds have a 49 drop rate and can be grown in the fall in Babylonia.
  • The drop rate for pages from Shinjuku to Chhome in Shinjuku is 30.
  • The holy city in Camelot has a 12 drop rate for spirit roots.
  • Machina Corridor in Olympus has a 12 drop rate for comet shards as well.

Castoria is a Go To Choice for Support

The best servant in the game is arguably Castoria, who also functions as the best support. Her stats are comparable to those of the majority of SSR supports: strong health, good NP gain, and low attack. However, it is in the area of her passives that Castoria really starts to excel stat-wise. She can charge her NP much more quickly thanks to creation ex, which is a really potent passive for art support. Castoria will be able to spam her Noble Phantasm much more easily than most other supports.

Castoria can do many things on her own

Castoria alone can provide one ally an 80% buff to their art card damage, 80% NP gain up, and 50% NP charge by performing all of her skills. These buffs are insane and nearly all AoE art servants, including many free-to-play art servants, can loop with a double Castoria team.
