Is actress Katie Holmes on the Masked Singer? Who do viewers seem to think so?
We are currently into the fourth week of Season 9 of Fox’s hit show The Masked Singer. The famous series tasks the audience, celebrity panel of judges, and viewers with correctly guessing the talent behind the mask. Luckily, the masked singers help us guess their identity with clues along the way, but sometimes, it’s simply not enough to correctly guess the talent.
While plenty of celebrities are often linked with roles behind the mask for the judges and the rest of the world to guess, the most recent name to be linked with the show is none other than actress Katie Holmes. The “Batman Begins” star is being speculated to be on the show after a new character revealed certain clues about herself that linked Holmes to be the face behind the mask.
A new face called Squirrel recently entered the show on DC Superheroes night. Not much is known about the new singer, but luckily for us to figure out – she left us some juicy clues about her identity.
So why do viewers think the Squirrel actually is Katie Holmes behind the mask?
According to the viewers, the clues given by the Squirrel all point towards her being Holmes.
The Squirrel has so far given a number of clues to her secret identity – some of which include that she was a professional figure skater, she modelled for a major agency, did teen acne commercials, landed international sitcom roles and made out with Tom Cruise.
From the few clues we have so far, and judge Jenny McCarthy’s best guess, it turns out that Holmes might as well be the famous face under the marks. Holmes certainly fits every criteria listed, and makes a special case for the “Tom Cruise” clue – she was married to the “Mission Impossible” actor for years. Other names linked are Margot Robbie, Tara Lipinski, Pamela Anderson and Uma Thurman.
