Kairi Sane struggled at WWE TLC after some nasty spots and could have picked up a concussion

Kairi Sane and Asuka kept hold of the Women’s Tag Team titles at TLC but there could have been a concussion in the match.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte were the challengers for the clash. There were some nasty moves in the match with Sane going through a table and also her head hitting the barricades.

All the women were put through some tough moments, and Sane seemed to be struggling in some spots in the clash.

There were rumours of her having a concussion, but the star posted an update on Twitter which was simple and on point.

Lynch and Charlotte also wrote about Sane, but stopped short of suggesting she had an injury.

Paige had managed the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Sane) and shared her comments on the possibly injured star:

Her tag partner, Asuka, also provided an update on Sane:

WWE pulls Sane from competition?

On this week’s Raw, Asuka was in action against an NXT star and it was interesting to see how WWE dealt with Sane.

The pair made their way to the ramp and the announcer claimed that Asuka was accompanied by Sane.

However, it was only the Empress of Tomorrow who made it to the ring while Sane went back after the music hit.

This could be a sign that she did suffer some sort of injury, and WWE hasn’t made a statement yet of her picking up a concussion.

Sane is one of the best performers in the business and it will be interesting to see if she is back in action soon.

Lynch called out Asuka for a clash during this week’s Raw too. That should provide some time for Sane to return to full fitness if she picked up a problem.
