He was productive and efficient on the court making him one of the top-performing players in his class. Not much is known about his time in High school so it can be said that he was a star player with stellar statistics and received offers from top-tier schools in the country. He averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds per game during his time in High school basketball. After wrapping up his high school career as a 4-star recruit he committed to playing college basketball for Louisiana State University.
