The Garena Masters Season 4 for Call of Duty: Mobile is right around the corner. It’s shaping up to be one of the biggest and most exciting events in the game’s history. It has a massive prize pool, top teams from all around the world, and a jam-packed schedule filled with intense competition. This is an event that you won’t want to miss. COD Mobile Garena Masters Season 4: Schedule and Registration
A prize pool of $26,500 will be given to South East Asia teams during the COD Mobile Masters Season 4. It will be starting on February 3rd. The tournament will take place in three phases: Qualifiers, Group Stage, and Playoffs. Registrations for the event started on January 20th and will remain open until January 31st.
The Qualifiers will consist of three days of competition. It will be a total of 13 teams moving on to the Group Stage. Here they will face off against three invited teams, with a total of 16 teams divided into four groups of four. The second phase will last for four weeks. The top eight teams, the top two from each group, will move on to the Playoffs, which will take place on March 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th.
COD Mobile Garena Masters Season 4 Prize Pool
The publisher of COD Mobile, Garena, has allocated a prize pool of $26,500 along with 360,000 CP. The top prize is $10,000 to the competition’s first-place team, with the second, third, and fourth-place teams receiving $4,500, $3,000, and $1,500, respectively. Eliminated teams in the Group Stage will still receive CP as a reward, with the bottom eight teams receiving CP in the following amounts: 9th Place – 60,000 CP, 10th Place – 60,000 CP, 11th Place – 60,000 CP, 12th Place – 60,000 CP, 13th Place – 30,000 CP, 14th Place – 30,000 CP, 15th Place – 30,000 CP, 16th Place – 30,000 CP.
Format
During the Garena Masters, the initial phase, known as the Group Stage, will feature a tournament format where each team competes against one another twice, and each match will be played on three different maps. In contrast, the later phase, known as the Playoffs, will consist of Best of Five matches, with the exception of the final match, the Grand Finals.
History
The first season of the Garena Masters took place from February 11 to March 13, 2022 and had a prize pool of $25K. The Philippines team Blacklist Ultimate emerged as the champion, with Indonesian team ALMGHTY coming in second place. The second edition, held in May 2022, was won by Omega Esports, with Blacklist Ultimate and ALMGHTY taking second and third place, respectively. In the third season, Omega Esports, Blacklist Ultimate, and ALMGHTY once again secured the top three spots. Each of the previous three seasons of the COD Mobile Garena Masters had a prize pool of $25K.
