Ford started his wrestling journey in a different way. He always knew that he wanted to do wrestling but didn’t know where to start. After submitting photos to the WWE recruitment site, he was contacted by the company four months later.
He signed for the company in 2014 and debuted in 2015 in a 20-Man Battle Royal under the name Montez Ford. He would soon make a tag team with Angelo Dawkins and produced a stable named The Street Profits. The stable became a fan favorite because of its fun entrance and engagement. At NXT Takeover 2019, The Street Profits became the NXT Tag team Champions.
Montez and Dawkins won both SmackDown and Raw Tag Team titles after coming to the main roster. They are only the second tag team to win all tag team championships in WWE.
Ford is currently on his way to drop his second music album, named, ‘Saed’. And the album is supposed to be a mix of hip-hop and R&B. It is due to release later in 2023.
