WWE SmackDown results and winners: Zelina Vega made her return to WWE as she aimed to get into the Money in the Bank title scene

The big talking point from this week’s WWE SmackDown was the return of Zelina Vega. The wife of Aleister Black was released almost a year back but she got in to the action by facing Liv Morgan.

Roman Reigns also had some problems as Edge was running about on SmackDown, and we start off this results and winners piece with the Rated-R Superstar.

Edge calls out Roman Reigns; Tag team action

Edge spoke to the fans and claimed he was ready to not only face Reigns at Money in the Bank but also win the title from The Tribal Chief.

We then had a tag match with Baron Corbin teaming up with Apollo Crews. The pair faced Big E and Shinsuke Nakamura.

Corbin’s car was then towed away and that allowed the faces to get the win.

Bayley vs Bianca Belair; Last Man Standing match

Bianca Belair and Bayley cut promos and The EST of WWE wanted their match for the title to be an “I Quit match”.

The next match was a Last Man Standing match between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens for a place in the MITB match.

The match was excellent as Owens got the better of his former best friend.

Zelina Vega returns

Sonya Deville confirmed that the now back Zelina Vega was also going to Money in the Bank. This enraged Liv Morgan as she still was not in the match and the pair clash.

Morgan got the win to send Deville a statement. Seth Rollins, meanwhile, was also backstage and he wanted a shot at Roman Reigns too.

However, Deville confirmed he could get into the MITB match if he defeated Cesaro next week.

A new look Otis; Reigns destroys a rival

Earlier in the week, Otis showed off his new look, sans beard and hair. He faced Angelo Dawkins and easily got the win.

Jimmy Uso then came out and claimed that Reigns was not here tonight. Edge came out to force Uso to tap but he wasn’t done yet as he used a part of the chair on Uso’s face to continue the torment and end the show.
