WWE Roster offers an excellent opportunity to Johnny Gargano at a Cinderella run
This Wednesday’s episode of NXT 2.0 put up some dark clouds and confusion about the future of Johnny Gargano. First, the former NXT, North American champion, delivered an emotional address to the fans in which he mentioned his next movie.
If we recall at Gargano’s run, we remember a sneak attack by Grayson Waller ended his wrestling when he got power bombed through the table. However, a glimmer of hope is up in the air that the 34-year-old may return to the brand he called his home in 2016.
But it is now said that Gargano might have a Cinderella run according to bleacherreport on the main roster, which he has undoubtedly earned.

Gargano has many similarities to that of former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan. Both have vastly superior in-ring skills and a comic personality that allowed them to play an excellent heel.
Johnny’s most significant advantage is the love and admiration fans give him. Like Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, he has his own way of getting fans to invest emotionally in whatever he is doing.
Gargano could have a dream run on Raw or SmackDown as it did for Hart and Michaels. Even though he is smaller than the average superstar, the emotional roller coasters that Gargano creates through his matches make him an invaluable asset.
He has a better shot at the WWE roster than he does at any other platform. However still, Gargano would be the underdog of the company since McMahon and Co. don’t know how to push anyone of that size, but he has done some commendable job in NXT and will be doing the same for the red or blue brand if given a chance.
Since AEW is jam-packed due to the signings of Adam Cole, CM Punk, and Bryan Danielson with more WWE stars coming in to join the show, Gargano’s growth will be restricted on AEW.
