The Miz lavishes praise on Bad Bunny after incredible WrestleMania performance

WWE Superstar The Miz has lavished praise on Bad Bunny after the Grammy Award winner put up a fine performance at WrestleMania 37.

Bad Bunny made his debut on WWE at the Royal Rumble PPV back in January. After his DJ table was thrashed by The Miz, the Puerto Rican rapper attacked The Miz and his partner John Morrison.

Having aligned with Damien Priest, Bad Bunny had been embroiled in a feud with The Miz and JoMo ever since. And it all came to head at WrestleMania 37 as the quartet squared off in a tag-team match.

And Bad Bunny and Priest would go on to pick up the win. The former drew huge praises from all quarters for his performance on the night, with many regarding it as one of the best ever in-ring display by a celebrity on WWE.

Taking to Instagram, ‘The Awesome One’ posted a series of pictures from their fight at WrestleMania, with a caption that read:

“Respect is a word thrown around a lot, often times incorrectly. It’s one thing no amount of money can buy – you HAVE to earn it. Even though things didn’t go my way at #WrestleMania, it would not be right for me to not acknowledge the respect I now have for @badbunnypr.

“He showed the world all of the hard work and dedication he put in and made the entire world, and the locker room, look on in amazement. Congratulations on having what is being called the best celebrity match at WrestleMania. You’ve earned all the praise and more importantly – my respect.”

Goes without saying that Bad Bunny did a brilliant job in what was his first-ever WWE match. But credit should also go to The Miz and John Morrison for putting him over as they well as they did. All around, it was a top event, one that surpassed expectations of many.
