WWE Hall of Fame inductee Scott Hall has opened up about his time in WCW and WWE, and how his faction’s gimmick is still earning him big bucks over the last two decades.

Hall was talking to Eric Bischoff on his 83 Weeks Podcast, where he reveals that WWE is still taking good care of him till date. He says : (h/t Wrestling Inc )

“I mean I’m making 6 figures just off [merchandise]. Every once and a while, when you make an appearance, you make more. The funny part is, now that I hardly ever work for them or hardly do anything, the payoffs are way better, it’s always first class air fare, they always have a driver at the airport.

“When I was filling seats for them and traveling all around the world, I couldn’t get s–t. I was sitting in the back, in the middle seat, back when they had smoking seats.”

Razor Ramon changed to Scott Hall after moving to Eric Bischoff’s AEW

He moved to WCW in 1996, after Eric Bischoff persuaded him and Kevin Nash to form ‘The Outsiders.’ He wasn’t happy with his financial situation in WWE, but is enjoying better payoffs years into his retirement.

Scott Hall explains his move to WCW

Hall wrestled as Razor Ramon and was one of the big Superstars in WWE at that time. But, during that period, X-Pac was offered a contract to move to WCW at that time. The sum offered was higher than expectations and tempted Hall to give it a thought.

Hall also called X-Pac’s agent and made him represent him in contract talks with WCW, before his move to the rival brand. Hall was part of the nWo with Kevin Nash and other additonal members till 2002. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as Razor Ramon in 2014.
