Aleister Black has undergone a remarkable body transformation over the last 7 months
Since his draft to the Blue Brand in October 2020, Aleister Black disappeared from the WWE, and only now he seems to have reemerged.
A lot of promos have been aired lately on SmackDown teasing Black’s return. But none of those promos seemed to give away what was in store for Black’s fans.
The Dutchman has completely transformed his body over the last seven months and looks in phenomenal shape right now.
Black took to Instagram to reveal that he had been working with fitness coach Joshua Frye over the last seven months, and undergone a massive change in his physique.
Black further explained in his post that he had dropped a staggering 26lbs from 217lbs to 191lbs. He now weighs 196lbs.
Black wrote on his post:
“Starting from a depressed 217lbs to at the lowest 191 lbs. and now back up to 196lbs… I’ve never been a physical “monster” but I’ve always pride myself of having the conditioning of a pro. I’ve always looked at what I do and dissected it into what is functional Vs. What wouldn’t work for me…If anything to take away here is whatever you wish to accomplish always dissect what it is made of and strengthen all those attributes so that they enhance the overall goal.”
‘The Apex Predator’ Randy Orton was quick to congratulate Black on his transformation. He left a comment on Black’s post :
“You’re one of kind. Keep that body healthy.”
Aleister Black’s Tales of The Dark Father has got fans intrigued
In the recent vignettes aired on SmackDown, Black can be seen dressed in a black suit, in a dark room, reading out from a book titled, ‘The Tales of The Dark Father’.
His new character has got the WWE fans very much intrigued, as to what the WWE has got in store for the former NXT Champion.
But no one knows for now, who the dark father is or why Black is blurting out words of rage and hate!
