WWE has released former Sanity member Killian Dain in their latest cuts
Killian Dain is part of the released list of Superstars including Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese and Fandango. Dain was last seen with Drake Maverick.
WWE also announced releases of The Bollywood Boyz (Sunil Singh, Samir Singh), Marina Shafir, Arturo Ruas, Curt Stallion, Fandango, Tyler Breeze, Ever-Rise (Chase Parker, Matt Martel), Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, August Grey.
Now, his wife and WWE Raw Superstar Nikki Cross has posted an emotional message in support of her husband’s release saying:
“The whole world is waiting for you my love. I have seen your talent, your experience, your versatility, your work, your passion, your dedication, And your heart, first hand and up close. I have the best seat in the house. Can’t wait to watch you unleashed. My man.”
Dain will now complete his 90 day no-compete clause after which he will be available to sign for any promotion. His debut came with other members of Sanity – Eric Young and Alexander Wolfe on NXT.
Cross and Dain got married in 2019 after a decade together. The couple performed impressively in promotions in UK, before signing with WWE in 2016.
Where does Nikki Cross stand?
Nikki Cross is the only member in WWE from Sanity. The three men have been released from WWE leaving Cross to carry the mantle of the faction. Cross is now on WWE Raw and sported a new superhero gimmick before her MITB qualifying match.
She is now one of the participants of the Money in the Bank ladder match. She teamed up with Alexa Bliss to beat Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. If she wins the Money in the Bank contract, she has the opportunity to cash in on WWE Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley.
Cross will be rooting for her husband to get back to the wrestling scene. The two will be working on different companies, but will still be achieving their goal together.
