WWE SmackDown Superstar Liv Morgan hoping to be part of MITB ladder match
Liv Morgan has put in her name for the list of qualifiers for the women’s WWE Money in the Bank match next month.
She posted on Twitter saying, “I want in.”
The Superstar reacted to the wins on WWE RAW as four of the eight competitors are confirmed for the ladder match.
Morgan is one of the Superstars along with the likes of Carmella and Bayley to get a shot at qualifying for the match. Earlier, Bianca Belair retained the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship beating Bayley in a grueling encounter at Hell in a Cell.
Morgan could be one of the surprise packages if she does get her chance at qualifying from the blue brand. She is also the sole surviving member of the Riott Squad after Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan were released from WWE.
The battle for the MITB is always challenging and takes the Superstars to their limit. With eight competitors fighting it out, it is hard to predict a winner come July 18, 2021 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
Who will participate in the Women’s Money in the Bank match ?
WWE RAW had Qualifying matches to determine the participants for the ladder match. In the first match, Naomi and Asuka took on the recently returning Eva Marie and Doudrop.
The unlikely pair picked up the win and already have their sights on winning the match. In the second match, Alexa Bliss teamed with former partner Nikki Cross to face Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. Bliss used her ‘superpower’ to distract Reginald, while Cross pinned Jax for the win.
The four competitiors left will be decided on WWE SmackDown. There are rumours of a returning Sasha Banks, which could spice up the battle to win the prestigious Money in the Bank Contract.
After last year’s win, Asuka will be looking to use her advantage over other Superstars to climb the ladder and retrieve the briefcase. But, every Superstar will fight to the limit and make this match an unpredictable fight to become Ms. Money in the Bank.
