Roman Reigns vs Edge vs Daniel Bryan marked a historic WrestleMania title clash

A triple threat match decided the fate of the WWE Universal title match at WrestleMania 37. Initially, it was going to be between Edge and Roman Reigns.

‘The Rated R Superstar’ won the 2021 Royal Rumble and called out the ‘Tribal Chief’ for the title match, but Daniel Bryan was later added to the mix.

The match itself was a physical, exciting, and evenly-matched encounter right until the very end. Reigns seized on an opportunity and pinned both his competitors.

It was a move that baffled many, leading fans to believe Edge was the true winner due to the technicalities of the pin.

But there was another reason which irked a few fans, none more than former WWE superstar, Lance Storm, who had to turn off the match for a specific reason.

And it was due to the dizzying camera angles used in the fight. The cameras panned quickly and were more proactive than usual when covering blows to the fighters.

Storm wrote on his Twitter account:

“Legit had to turn off the Main Event. Was loving the match but I get dizzy headaches from all the camera cuts and shaking. I can’t watch it. [Angry Emoji]”

The overall experience was reduced as an effect as a few fans even complained of nausea and dizziness.

But to most fans, the difference wasn’t all that noticeable. It was probably just the camera crew trying a little too hard to cover the biggest fight of the event in a more engaging manner.

It now remains to be seen how the Edge and Roman Reigns storyline progresses from here, and if the WWE Universal championship will have a new challenger next.
