Keith Lee was missing from TV for a long time and revealed that he was dealing with a heart inflammation that led to his absence

A lot had been said about why WWE star Keith Lee was missing from TV at the start of the year.

Lee was the former NXT Champion but his road on Raw was a little bumpy, to say the least.

There were doubts about his future in the company but the Limitless One opened up on why he had been missing and it didn’t make for good reading.

Lee posted a video on YouTube where he explained just why he had been missing. He first dispelled rumours of catching Covid from his girlfriend, Mia Yim, and confirmed he was the one who caught the virus.

Lee also added that Yim caught the virus from him as she wanted to take care of him, and that cost her a place in the Women’s Royal Rumble.

The Limitless One also added that some blood tests after Covid saw him suffering from an inflammation of the heart. Lee claimed that he was told only to walk and not exercise much otherwise it could have been fatal.

Fortunately for Lee, WWE sent him to various doctors for tests and the heart issue had been dealt with.

Keith Lee ready for more action?

The video from Lee was originally extremely long and he addressed that too at the start. However, learning about the real reason why he was away from action is a reminder of how dangerous the virus really is.

Lee is lucky to have access to some of the best doctors thanks to his WWE contract. It is great to learn that he is much better now and hopefully, he will be back to his best in the ring as well.
