Braun Strowman shares emotional message after win at WrestleMania 37
WWE Superstar Braun Strowman shared an emotional message on his social media account after he defeated Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 37.
Strowman faced off against Shane in a steel cage match on Night 1 of the Showcase of the Immortals.
Leading up to the match, the buildup to the feud hadn’t been all that great with the rivalry being centered around Shane-O-Mac repeatedly calling The Monster Among Men stupid, with Strowman deciding to stand up to his bully.
The match kicked off with Elias and Jaxson Ryker intervening, to unload on Strowman with chairs while McMahon too got some blows in with the said chairs.
There were some eye-catching moments that followed, with Strowman tearing off the cage to drag an escaping Shane McMahon back inside the ring while the latter also took a huge bump off the top of the cage. Strowman then sealed the win with a Running Powerslam.

And following the bout, the Monster Among Men took to Instagram, where he posted an image with the words “Thank You”.
In the caption, Strowman thanked everyone that stood behind him and believed in him.
It was quite a stepdown for Strowman from last year’s WrestleMania when he won the WWE Universal Championship. Credit to him though, for trying to make the best of what he was given.
As mentioned previously, the build for the match wasn’t to everyone’s taste but at least the right person came out on top and there were some crazy bumps for the fans to watch. It will be interesting to see what’s next in store for Strowman. Perhaps a run at another powerhouse named Bobby Lashley?
