As per a latest report, Becky Lynch is likely to feud with a big name in WWE upon her return and this will certainly be a dream match for fans to witness.
As per Fightful Select, the Japanese star Asuka is all set to return to WWE. She will compete on the RAW brand upon her return. According to the report, Asuka might be seen in WWE once again as early as on this week’s episode of RAW. This is great news for the many fans of Asuka as they have waited for the “Empress of Tomorrow” to return to in-ring action for a long time.
According to the report, Asuka will be involved in a feud with “The Man” Becky Lynch for a “short-term program” and this is going to be huge if it happens. Asuka and Bayley have competed against each other on several occasions and produced scintillating matches every time.
It is interesting to note that Becky Lynch announced the news of her pregnancy during a segment on RAW with Asuka in the ring. Later, she relinquished the RAW Women’s Championship and handed it over to Asuka, who had just won the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. This incident happened in 2020.
A comparison between Becky Lynch and Asuka in terms of their accomplishments in WWE
Becky Lynch and Asuka are two of the most accomplished female superstars in WWE. They have won numerous championships during their tenure in the company.
Asuka is a former one-time NXT Women’s Champion, a two-time RAW Women’s Champion, and a one-time SmackDown Women’s Champion. She has also won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on a couple of occasions with Kairi Sane and Charlotte Flair respectively.
The NXT Women’s Championship and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships might have eluded Becky Lynch but she has won the world titles on more occasions than her rival Asuka. Lynch is a four-time SmackDown Women’s Champion and a two-time RAW Women’s Champion.
