WWE Superstar Bayley responds to a possible bond between NXT Superstars Kay Lee Ray and Io Shirai

WWE NXT 2.0 saw a possible alliance between Kay Lee Ray and Io Shirai. After this week’s episode of NXT 2.0, The Role Model has a message to the superstars as she took to Twitter to react to the segment.

Bayley seems to be liking the looks of that,

“I like da looks of Dat.”

The main event of this week’s NXT 2.0 saw Mandy Rose taking on Kay Lee Ray for the NXT Women’s Championship. The match started with the focus on hurting each other for the win. Rose hit a big spinebuster for a near fall. Lee responded with the KLR Bomb, but Rose reversed into a sunset flip bomb.

Gigi Dollin and Jacy Jayne saved Rose by sending Ray off the top rope to the floor. This allowed The NXT Women’s Champion to gain momentum and hit a bicycle knee for the win. 

The Toxic Attraction tried to hurt KLR with a baseball bat, but Io Shirai arrived and provided some help to the former NXT Champion.

Bayley has been out of in-ring action for a long time due to injury 

The former SmackDown Women’s Champion is currently sidelined after tearing her ACL at the WWE Performance Center in mid-2021, and it has been reported that she would miss nine months of TV time due to her injury. She has often taken to Twitter and shown her intentions of coming back to WWE.

Bayler recently tweeted that she has fully recovered from her injury and may come back for in-ring action. She has teased a potential return to the upcoming Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
