Is Bayley on her way back from injury?
During this week’s SmackDown Bayley took to Twitter to share her thoughts on facing Toni Storm and Liv Morgan.
Bayley said:
“Don’t worry Toni and Liv, I’ll gladly whoop y’all azzzzesss since your fight was cut short tonight”
Bayley reacted to the match between Storm and Morgan vs Carmella and Zelina Vega. The match was over in just about a minute after Morgan smacked Carmella’s face off the apron and Carmella was concerned about breaking her nose. Carmella ended up being counted out.
Bayley seemed to have already found her opponents in Storm and Morgan. It has not been confirmed yet that when will Bayley return to the ring. However, this tweet could mean that she might be close to returning.
What happened to Bayley?
Bayley was ruled out of action in July this year. She suffered an ACL tear on her right knee while training. Bayley was set to challenge Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank but the injury took her out of action.
The injury will reportedly keep her out for at least 9 months. Keeping this in mind Bayley should not be returning to the ring anytime soon. Two week’s ago Bayley challenged Storm for the first time and now she has came calling for Storm yet again and Morgan also.
There has been no report made by WWE on her recovery. With the recent challenges made by Bayley suggesting she could be on her way back, It will be interesting to see when will she actually be able to fight again.
