Andrade lost out in the Raw Tag Team title match at Clash of Champions after a botch
Angel Garza and Andrade had the chance to win the WWE Raw Tag Team titles at Clash of Champions 2020.
They were up against the Street Profits, who had been great since winning the crown. However, things didn’t go the way of Andrade and Garza.
The pair have had their fall-outs in recent weeks but were on the same page tonight. They seemed to be set for a surprise win over the Profits before Garza seemed to pick up an injury.
The referee also made the “X” sign to signal a legit injury and Andrade was tagged in somehow.
El Idolo tried to do his best but was pinned by Angelo Dawkins. However, there was a lot of controversy regarding the pin.
Replays confirmed that Andrade had raised his shoulder before the three count. Dawkins was also surprised at the call while his rival kept his hand up for a while.
The referee might have called the match off after the injury to Garza, but Andrade wasn’t all that pleased with it.
Andrade calls out “steal”
El Idolo called out the Profits by claiming that they had stolen the match. He also brought up the fact that it was a 2 vs 1 situation but also was concerned for his tag partner, Garza:

Reports suggested that Garza had picked up a hip injury during all this. An update is expected from WWE later on with Garza undergoing further tests, however, they don’t expect him to be out for long.
The finish does put a question mark over the win for the Profits. However, it also allows Andrade and Garza to get a rematch in the future.
It was unfortunate that Garza ended up getting injured in all this but this finish could have been done better without the botch at Clash of Champions.
