Alexa Bliss revealed fellow WWE Raw Superstar Nia Jax as her closest and best friend on the WWE roster.
“We both are really big on body positivity. I had struggled with eating disorders that almost took my life. It was a great story because it was real.” Bliss held the title then before being beaten by Jax to win her first title in WWE.
The duo’s friendship shows on the show ‘Total Divas’. They have been seen going to visit a pig farm together, as Bliss is extremely fond of pigs. Bliss adopted a pet pig who unfortunately died recently.
“To see Nia holding the title up and knowing that my best friend is having her WrestleMania moment and I was able to share that with her was awesome. We did the best job at our abilities to make the payoff and show that bullies never win and the good guy will prevail because of the story we had told leading up to it,” she said.
Nia Jax’s ‘protective’ incident for best friend Bliss
Jax has been vocal about being protective about her best friend after Bliss was suffering from the physicality of former UFC star Ronda Rousey. The feud was taking a toll on Bliss and Jax spoke to the creative team to make changes.
“I was like, ‘no she cannot do this anymore. I personally would not allow her to get back in the ring to get hurt again’, and I had to go to the people, to the higher-ups, and tell them, ‘listen, Lexi is five foot nothing, a 100 pounds, getting thrown around like a little ragdoll and injured every night.’ I was like, ‘Put me in, I’m a 6 foot, 300-pound bi**h and I can handle it’.

She currently is part of a tag team with Shayna Baszler. Although, the duo lost the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship to Tamina and Natalya. They will be looking to reclaim it and dominate the division once again.
