Alexa Bliss’ rivalry intensifies with Shayna Baszler
Shayna Baszler has been involved in a feud with Alexa Bliss over recent weeks on WWE Raw.
The rivalry took a dramatic turn on this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, after Baszler visited ‘Alexa’s PlayGround.’
Baszler blamed Bliss for her losing the Tag Team Championships to Natalya and Tamina. She also questioned as to why did she have to apologise for mocking a puppet. Baszler and Jax were the Raw Tag Team Champions for a long duration, before Bliss caused an interference in their title match.
Twitter was infuriated with the segment and booking of Baszler. The fans seemed to hope for a better storyline and were left disappointed after the segment ended. The creative team have tried to work the storyline for Baszler, but fans seem to be angered with the segment on WWE Raw.
What Happened on Monday Night Raw ?
Bliss along with her new friend Lily, welcomed Baszler into the PlayGround with Baszler seeking answers from Bliss. Bliss, then asked Baszler to apologise to Lily for her wrongdoings.
Baszler seemed baffled at the thought of apologizing to a doll, but took it from her hands. She then said “I’m sorry” before throwing it on the ground. Bliss seemingly angry attacked with a forearm and went ringside.
Baszler then crushed Lily, with her foot to the annoyance of Bliss. Suddenly, the lights started flickering and Baszler swiftly exited the ring. Bliss is seen smirking inside the ring holding her puppet once again.
Baslzer then left and went backside, when the lights began to flicker again. She then saw arbitrary objects fall down from above and began panicking. Baszler ran in haste towards a room and locked it hurriedly towards the end of the segment.
She finds a mirror, and looks into it to shockingly see the puppet, Lily behind her. The former RAW Tag Team Champion looked in disbelief, before crushing the mirror with a big thud. The puppet, Lily is still visible as the segment closed out.
