Why does Vince McMahon still Work Out?

Vince McMahon recently revealed that he still works out and trains till 3 am

WWE Chairmen Vince McMahon recently made an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show Thursday, where he shared that he works out from 1: 30 am to roughly 3 am on any given day. 

“I have to force myself to get out,” McMahon said. “I’ve always over-trained, which is not good for you. It’s just that it’s my only socially-acceptable outlet for aggression.” 

He also added that he generally works out as it helps him mentally strong, and Vince loves to take care of his body as best possible I can.

“I do this more for my head more than I do [it] for my body,” he said. “It’s good for you. I love that I take care of myself as best as best I possibly can. It really helps me more mentally and psychologically so that I can handle the workload and handle all the stuff that comes my way.”

McAfee quizzed Vince on how he still finds the energy to work out despite creeping into his late 70s. McMahon replied that a lot of it is for my head more than my body and mentioned how weights sessions are the only socially acceptable way o release aggression.

Those intense sessions are like therapy for McMahon, primarily when his work is based on emotion and dealing with people. Lifting weights is a release for the man. To be a WWE leader, you need those late-night workouts to get through the never-ending volume of work he does day-to-day. 

McMahon has been associated with the company for a really long time and has seen all the eras of the company.
