Sister Abigail had taken the form of Alexa Bliss during Extreme Rules 2020
The Fiend seems to have Alexa Bliss’ number and somehow got her out on this week’s WWE SmackDown.
Last week, Bliss was left to fend on her own as Nikki Cross turned on her best friend. A hapless Bliss was attacked by the Fiend and no one came to help her out.
This time, it was a little different. It seemed that The Fiend would again take Bliss out, but she was able to calm the menace by touching his face.
Braun Strowman appeared on the big screen and didn’t come out to save Bliss. WWE had teased a love angle between Strowman and Bliss in the past, but the Monster claimed he had no feelings for her.
This leaves Bliss in a very precarious position. She has no help from Cross, no protection from Strowman and no real story apart from this one to work in.
Sister Abigail had taken the form of Bliss during Extreme Rules as Strowman and Wyatt fought.

That moment from Extreme Rules certainly got a lot of people talking. Many were questioning if Alexa Bliss was Sister Abigail but that was just a form taken by Wyatt’s family member.
However, this latest segment from SmackDown certainly provides some direction to Bliss. The former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion isn’t involved in any of the titles at the moment.
While Bayley and Sasha Banks have been great as the champions for the two brands, Bliss could use a revamp of her character in WWE.
The former champion has lost Cross and Strowman isn’t keen on her either, and she seems to be able to deal with The Fiend now.
WWE has given Wyatt the freedom to switch between three characters and there could be a chance to bring in Sister Abigail finally.
Bliss might not be Sister Abigail, given that Abigail could take many forms. However, Bliss could be a vessel for Abigail and can provide an interesting character for Wyatt and WWE to explore.
WWE has refreshed and rehashed characters several times in the past but the results have been mixed. This is nothing against Bliss, but this current Fiend vs Strowman rivalry could use someone like a Sister Abigail but in physical form.
Bliss could also be rejuvenated with this character and it would be interesting to see how she does as a heel.
The SmackDown star is one of the best in the ring, however, getting to see Sister Abigail (inside of Bliss) could see some incredible storylines on the show.
