Max Verstappen is gearing up for the 2020 F1 season and shared a funny juggling video with some of his workout ones too.

The 22-year-old is one of the best in the F1 circuit and won three races last year. The 2019 F1 season was also his best in terms of the driver’s championship as he finished third behind the Mercedes pair.

Red Bull have to provide him a car with more power if he is to challenge Ferrari and Mercedes again, however, Verstappen is doing his bit to stay in shape.

The 22-year-old is back in the gym and posted more videos of all the weight training he is doing. Verstappen also has a work on his neck muscles as F1 drivers have a lot of strain put on it due to the G-forces when racing at full speed.

The 22-year-old also seems to be doing a bit of work on his reflexes and a video of him juggling some Red Bull cans was also posted.

A top racer needs to have incredible reflexes and it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Dutchman could juggle the cans easily.

Hopefully, he didn’t open these cans right after the workout as that would have made a mess.

Honda engine is the big question

The Honda-powered Red Bulls did decently in the second half of the season as Verstappen won three races and finished the campaign in decent form.

However, the Japanese engine makers have to make up a deficit to the power of the Ferrari and Mercedes cars.

Honda have made strides in the past two years, and it will be interesting to see how pre-season testing goes for all cars.
