Sugar Sean O’Malley pulled off an incredible walk-off knockout against Eddie Wineland
Sean O’Malley predicted he would knockout Eddie Wineland before UFC 250 and Sugar did just that on Saturday night.
The 25-year-old is one of the rising stars in the UFC’s Bantamweight division and produced one of the best knockouts ever.
This took place early on the match as Wineland was near the cage. O’Malley walked up to him and nonchalantly knocked him out before turning around and walking back.
It almost felt like this was from a movie as O’Malley connected perfectly. He saw Wineland was about to hit the ground and didn’t even go in to finish the fight.

O’Malley nonchalantly walked back as the referee came in to call off the fight. The 25-year-old wasn’t even freaking out after the incredible knockout as he calmly walked around the Octagon like this was a normal day for him.

An incredible event
O’Malley was asked about his knockout after the clash and how he was so composed despite the incredible finish.
The American claimed he knew he was going to knockout Wineland way before UFC 250, and he did just that.
O’Malley wasn’t the only bantamweight in action though as Aljamain Sterling and Cody Garbrandt picked up impressive wins in the division too.
All three would be keen on winning the vacant title that Henry Cejudo has left behind. Garbrandt also had an incredible knockout win over Raphael Assuncao while Sterling got Cody Sandhagen to tap out just before Sandhagen lost consciousness in the ring.
The main event saw Amanda Nunes completely dominate Felicia Spencer. Although the championship bout went the entire five rounds, Nunes barely was tagged while Spencer was dropped several times.
However, the Canadian kept on coming and earned the respect of Nunes for staying up for most of the five rounds.
