The UFC recently launched a new NFT collection named Strike that would feature noteworthy finishes from fighters

The UFC athletes are set to receive 50% of the UFC’s revenue from their NFT sales. The promotion partnered with Canada-based blockchain company, Dapper Labs in late February 2020.

UFC’s new NFT collection is set to be launched on Sunday. The collection will consist of 200,000 packs with each pack containing three NFTs each. A pack is said to cost $50.

The NFT collection named UFC Strike will be released in parts. The first 100,000, on the 23rd of January and the rest on the 31st of January.

The collection is basically a highlight of some of the greatest finishes in the promotion’s history.

As per a recent report, the promotion is set to pay 50% of its share of the revenue from NFT sales to the athletes. However, the athlete should probably have a noteworthy finishing moment against an opponent.

TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter wrote:

“Per the UFC, the athletes will receive 50% of the UFC’s share of revenue from NFT sales, including secondary sales. Example: An NFT featuring Ngannou scoring a KO over an opponent is sold, Ngannou and the opponent will split the 50% of the UFC’s share of that sale.”
