Tai Tuivasa was ready for another rather questionable shoey celebration after his UFC 254 win

Tai Tuivasa vs Stefan Struve featured a big man taking on a little man in the UFC 254 fight card.

Tuivasa might have been way shorter than Struve but the 27-year-old used his power to get the better of his rival.

The fight was done right at the buzzer as Tuivasa got the knockout win over Struve. It was a huge win for the Australian as he snapped a three-fight losing streak.

The Aussie moved to 10-3 in his MMA career and he brought out his favourite celebration, almost.

Tuivasa wanted to do his patented shoey celebration, which is basically drinking alcohol from a shoe.

This is an Australian celebration that even F1 star Daniel Ricciardo has brought up, but Tuivasa was stopped from doing the celebration in the Octagon.

Backstage shoey time

That stoppage wasn’t going to be a problem for the Australian. Tuivasa ran backstage with a few of his followers and got into the green room.

He met Dana White and then brought out a cold one from the fridge. The Nelk Boys were present by Tuivasa and added something extra to the shoey.

A few of them spat into the shoe but that didn’t stop Tuivasa one bit as he chugged it all down in one go.

The Nelk Boys also decided to do the same and well, the video says it all. Tuivasa certainly got a huge win over the towering Struve and it will be interesting to see what is next for him.

Tuivasa certainly can get a few more wins under his belt, and that means seeing more of the shoey celebration.
